    The Black Horse Ski Club (the ‘Club’) will use your personal data contained within this contact form for the purposes of updating Club membership records where applicable and to facilitate a response to any queries raised by members or non-members (the legal basis of processing of ‘Legitimate Interests’). The Club’s primary means of communication is email. For members, your data will be updated promptly, held for the duration of your membership and may be held for up to 13 months after either you have provided written notice to leave the Club or the date on which the Club last received a membership subscription from you. For non-members, any data collected through the Contact Form will be retained for up to 13 months and then deleted. Your data will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes and the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will be adhered to.
